I’m an avid podcast listener. With a 1+ hour commute to work and back, listening to audio makes my mornings and afternoons in the car much more enjoyable.

One of my favourite podcasts is Gretchen Rubin’s ‘Happier‘ podcast. A few episodes ago, she and co-host and sister Elizabeth Craft raised the idea of writing a manifesto for your life. In this week’s episode they shared a bunch of manifestos listeners had written in. And I was SUPER inspired.

I realised I actually have 2 manifestos! I have a list of ‘personal commandments’ for my life (which I may blog about another time) but a few months ago I also came up with a kind of acrostic poem for each of the letters in self-care.

So after getting inspired by the podcast I jumped on Canva (which is a super-cool, free tool that you can use to create graphics for the classroom, too!) and made this infographic! I’m so proud of it! I hope you like it as much as I do.
