Ellen Ronalds Keene is a meditation instructor, life and wellbeing coach, host of the Teacher Wellbeing Podcast and founder of Self-Care for Teachers. Miranda Mitchell is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and martial arts instructor, and founder of Kickstart Martial Arts and Yoga.
We’re both teachers, so we get it.
We aren’t going to tell you to take a meditation break in the middle of a busy classroom or to “just not take work home with you”. We understand the demands and restrictions of the job, and how much you care about your students.
We also both have first-hand experience of what happens when teachers don’t make your health a priority and the impact that can have both in the classroom and in life.
We have made it our mission to study a range of modalities to improve and support health, happiness and wellbeing and will give you practical, adaptable ideas to support yourself at work and at home.
